One of the Leading Oil & Gas Recruitment Consultancy based in Malaysia is seeking to engage some Recruitment Consultants.

| Work Scope |
- To provide development of the Computerised Maintenance Management System including PM routines for Maintenance, Inspection and Operational activity services and assist in the development of schedules for same with the objective to ensure that the Field equipment and assets have adequate programs developed to ensure asset integrity and production deliverables are met and maintained for the Production Group.
- Develop and maintain a weekly status report on progress for the development of Preventative Maintenance, Inspection and operational routines for required Calendar Run time and Condition based activities.
- Train the national CMMS Technicians to effectively perform the CMMS duties.
- Prepare where require the base information from vendor manuals etc for the building of outstanding Job Plans required for attaching to outstanding required PM’s to include Man-hours, Materials & Tools as required.
- Prepare where required data loading templates for the upload of data into Maximo associated with the outstanding PMs required for the utilisation by the Production group.
- Assist in the preparation of a Planned Maintenance and Inspection rolling year plan for the execution of routines.
- Provide the PM information for upload into Maximo and where required and appropriate directly input data into the database.
- Provide input into any identified anticipated cost associated with the development of PM’s for the Production group.

| Requirements |
- 10 years experience in a leading role for the development of panned maintenance and inspection related routines, particularly in the Oil & Gas / Petrochemical industries.
- Good knowledge of Maintenance and Inspection philosophies, procedures and work related activities.
- Good English and computer skills.
- Knowledge and experience of working with complex database such as Maximo or similar.
- Full understanding of engineering data and drawings including P & ID’s.
- High level organizational and planning skills.
- General knowledge of Engineering related activities.
- Good understanding of company’s procedures.
- Onshore based

| Qualifications |
- Degree preferred but consideration given to a lesser qualification if supported by extensive experience having been gained in a similar and appropriate position.
