Brief Company Introduction

Our client is a Global Oil & Gas Service Provider launching their International Sales Office in Malaysia. In line with their expansion we are looking for an experienced and qualified Office Administrator to be part of this dynamic team.

Work Scope
  • You will provide full support to the International Managing Director and two managers to support the day to day operations, have control over their diaries and calendar and be the first point of contact.
  • Responsible for secretarial and administrative duties for both corporate and personal matters of the Management Team.
  • Deal with incoming enquiries and request, i.e. corresponding on behalf of the Director and Managers.
  • Maintain and manage their schedules and travel arrangements.
  • Organise company activities and corporate events as required.
  • Able to handle sensitive information appropriately and maintain confidentiality.
  • Responsible to process and verify documents such as payments, invoices, purchase orders, delivery orders and petty cash.
  • Welcome visitors and ensure they are comfortable during meetings.
  • Ensuring sufficient supplies of pantry items available for daily consumption.
  • Maintain sufficient stock of paper and other office stationary for the office to operate efficiently.
Requirements
  • Min five to 10 years of related working experience
  • High proficiency in written and spoken Mandarin is essential for this role.
  • Reliable and responsible with excellent time management skills
  • Organized, systematic, detailed and efficient.
  • Must be a good team player
Qualifications
  • Min Diploma / Degree in any field
