Our Client – A top player in the Oil & Gas Industry, is looking for key candidates to join their company for the following below positions.

• Produce PFDs and P&IDs and generate Mass Balance calculations.
• Produce PSV, Control Valve, line size calculations and produce Process Datasheets, calculate Utility requirements and system hydraulics.
• Evaluate sub-vendors proposals.
• Ensure all Project documents are technically compliant and commercially competitive providing comment on design and specification of process plant related to Separation, Solids Management, Filtration and Gas treatment.
• Input to HAZOP and HAZAN studies, utilities definitions and system hydraulics.
• Supervise and mentor junior staff where required.
• Review Work Packs required for Rental Unit deployment activities.
• Undertake/assist with Pre-Commissioning, Commissioning and Start-up operations of plant in line with procedures, including, but not limited to:- - P&ID walk downs - Mechanical completion checks - Factory Acceptance Tests - Maintenance Pre and Post job. - Certification - Equipment load outs
• Ensure personal compliance with all HSE legislation and HSE Company policy.
• Be fully familiar and fully conversant with department and company policies, procedures and processes, ensuring all work and actions undertaken are in full compliance at all times.
• Support other departments and carry out other duties as and when business requirements dictate as may be reasonably expected by line manager.

• 5 years in similar role and experience within Oil & Gas and/or Process Industries
• Knowledge of industry standards.
• Knowledge of Fluid Flow & Math-CAD.
• Proven background in Sand Handling, Well Testing or Process Trains.
• Fully conversant with P&ID’s and Process diagrams.
• Fully competent in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel etc).

• Degree in relevant subject (Chemical Engineering)
