| Work Scope |
- Administer the benefits for local and contract staff (annual leave, medical, etc.)
- Administer monthly payroll for local and contract staff.
- Obtain and renew employment passes and dependent passes for our expatriate staff.
- Develop and administer the training program for staff.
- Ensure The Client’s Indonesia workplaces are efficiently run, conducive to work, safe, and well-maintained.
- Identify and pursue opportunities to minimize The Client’s administrative costs.
- Ensure the security of The Client’s Indonesia offices.
- Safe and efficient management of The Client’s vehicle fleet.
- Control of many G&A budget items – travel (including corporate rates on hotels and airfare), office rent, supplies, copiers, utilities, and communications
- Coordinate office renovations and furniture purchases
- Responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of the company’s HR records
- Responsible for the procurement of office services, furniture, equipment, and renovation
- Responsible for the negotiation of corporate rates at hotels and all other travel matters

| Requirements |
- Minimum 10 years of work experience in oil and gas
- Good understanding of immigration procedures
- Strong teamwork, communications, and leadership skills
- Working knowledge in Microsoft Office
- Experience in the upstream oil and gas business
- Supervisory / Management experience
