Brief Company Introduction

Our Client is a worldwide oil and gas exploration and production company operation in USA,UK. They also have operations in Canada and S.E Asia. Recently establish an office in Australia.

Work Scope
  • Administer the benefits for local and contract staff (annual leave, medical, etc.)
  • Administer monthly payroll for local and contract staff.
  • Obtain and renew employment passes and dependent passes for our expatriate staff.
  • Develop and administer the training program for staff.
  • Ensure The Client’s Indonesia workplaces are efficiently run, conducive to work, safe, and well-maintained.
  • Identify and pursue opportunities to minimize The Client’s administrative costs.
  • Ensure the security of The Client’s Indonesia offices.
  • Safe and efficient management of The Client’s vehicle fleet.
  • Control of many G&A budget items – travel (including corporate rates on hotels and airfare), office rent, supplies, copiers, utilities, and communications
  • Coordinate office renovations and furniture purchases
  • Responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of the company’s HR records
  • Responsible for the procurement of office services, furniture, equipment, and renovation
  • Responsible for the negotiation of corporate rates at hotels and all other travel matters
Requirements
  • Minimum 10 years of work experience in oil and gas
  • Good understanding of immigration procedures
  • Strong teamwork, communications, and leadership skills
  • Working knowledge in Microsoft Office
  • Experience in the upstream oil and gas business
  • Supervisory / Management experience
Qualifications
  • University degree (or similar qualification) in HR
