Asian oil & gas operating company with outstanding exploration and production record, seeks suitably qualified and experienced specialist for a professionally challenging and satisfying role as Petroleum Engineer. The client offers an internationally competitive remuneration package.

• Assist in preparing short/long term forecasts for stocks replenishment as well to achieve inventory optimization.
• Review and verify Purchase Requisition received for purchase of inventory items.
• Conduct expediting works on Purchase Orders for stocks replenishment.
• Ensure spares/materials surpluses from Development Projects are given priority over stocked items as part of its re-utilization effort.
• Involve in joint quarterly/yearly stock take exercise.
• Assist in maintaining inventory database through MAXIMO for high integrity.
• Assist in conducting periodic stock review & rationalization exercise for spares/materials destock program and stocks level upwards/downwards adjustments.
• Provide support in documents control management and filing in line with company applicable documents retention policy.

• Minimum 5 years working experience in warehousing operations in oil and gas industry.
• Familiar with computerized Materials and Maintenance System like MAXIMO would be an added advantage.
• Possess good communication skills (oral and written) in both Bahasa Malaysia and English.
• Good experience in dealing with vendors/suppliers and contractor in oil and gas industry.

• Minimum SPM Certificate.
