| Work Scope |
- Manage all aspects of review, supervision and preparation of proposals to major international oil companies, for multidiscipline EPC & T&I offshore projects.
- Initiate all Management approvals to bid for a project after receipt of tender documents form Client.
- Establish the bidding schedule and expedite inputs to ensure that the schedule is not jeopardized.
- Review & ensure that the Bid development and inputs remain in accordance with the Capture & Execution plan strategies.
- Participate in Functional estimate reviews. Monitor progress of the bidding activity and highlight concerns to the Management.
- Carry out pre-bid liaising with Client on all project issues.
- Review all technical, costing/commercial and contractual bid inputs and check that there are no errors, inconsistencies or oversights.
- Produce project risk assessment, contingency analysis and cash flow reports.
- Prepare all Cost summaries and reports ensuring Management is provided with all necessary information for bid review to enable competitive pricing decisions.
- Prepare all break-ups for cost, currency, taxes & duties according to the requirement of Client’s pricing proforma.
- Review the proposal document regularly, to ensure that the requirements of the Client are fully satisfied in terms of format, content and consistency. Also all bids submitted to be complete, compliant and submitted on schedule.
- Carry out post-bid clarifications and follow-up with Client.
