| Work Scope |
- Monitor Appraisal & development wells (G-3,GB-3, GOPA,GOPB) and update geological, structural, depositional environment and facies data using the well petrophysical and cuttings data.
- Incorporate the data from the appraisal & development Wells into the current Petrel Geological Models.
- Verify or update Depositional Environment Interpretation (Sand Distribution).
- Use updated Structural Maps with increased Depth Control to review and optimize the current development well locations.
- Update Geological Models & resource assessment for GCA audit and inputs to the milestone review process associated with the FDP Rev 1.

| Requirements |
- The consultant must possess a strong team working ability and good communication skills, in order to provide timely, real-time, interpretations and solutions during the development drilling campaign.
- This will require a close and co-operative relationship between geoscience, reservoir engineering and well engineering staff, providing timely and fit for purpose Geological Models to enable development and resource audit decisions to be made.
- Ten (10) years plus experience in the international oil and gas industry or strong technical background within an operator environment and experience in hands on geology of approximately more than 10 years (including some Operations experience).
- Minimum of six (6) years development / production experience, or minimum of three (3) years experience in geophysical / geological analysis in the Malaysia basin.
- Capability to effectively participate in complex field development planning and supporting these activities with highly developed uncertainty management skills.
- Ability to manage all geological aspects of appraisal / development well planning and execution.
- Planning and evaluation of both appraisal and development wells.
- Ability to manage and co-ordinate the G&G personnel required to complete the Appraisal / Development Project.
- Familiarity with reservoir parameter analysis (porosity, permeability etc) and practical experience in Uncertainty Analysis and Risk Assessment.
- Familiar with development geology work processes and have the ability to integrate seismic, well, and production data to evaluate reservoirs.
- Formation evaluation and planning for and managing reservoir surveillance programs or new well, sidetrack and work-over planning could also be expected job functions.
- Proven presentation skills to senior management, regulatory authorities and partners.
- Outstanding communication skills and ability to work in multi-disciplinary environments.
- Sequence stratigraphic analysis and structural analysis.
- Experience in fluvial / lower coastal plain / estuary depositional environment.
- Building 3D Static Geological Models (incorporating Facies particularly in a fluvial system).
