• Demonstrate leadership in communicating business goals/ programs/ processes for an area or business segment. Have the experience or expertise to solve problems. Able to develop and execute objectives for self and others. This role has the ability to effect short-term and some long-term business goals.
• Thoroughly analyze data for reasonableness and review variances by considering sources, current business activities & historical trends prior to releasing information to business stakeholders
• Involve in monthly financial reporting
• Driving Simplification in the Finance & Accounting structure including Systems, Outsourcing, Legal Entity Rationalization and ES GAP implementation etc.
• Coordinate Sarbanes Oxley, E-Compliance, Stat-GAAP reconciliations, FAS compliance efforts and ensure T&L compliance for the region
• Ensure local compliance in statutory filings and liaison with external auditors. Coordinate branch audits.
• Prepare consolidated financial statements for legal entities

• At least 8-10 years of experience in audit or accounting positions.

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
