| Work Scope |
- Coordinate activities of technical, economic, commercial support and data analysis according to business plan.
- Review and provide analysis of all reservoir production strategies and production performance data, third party work programmes and procedures for optimization of deliverability and availability.
- Resolve all technical and production management problems relating to meeting gas sales commitments and opportunities.
- Liaise with other technical and commercial disciplines (drilling, geology, production, petroleum, subsurface, commercial, management) to ensure constructive and full integration of pertinent data into all gas sales commitments.
- Provide management support information for the compilation of regular progress reports, project status, economic performance reviews.
- Facilitate the implementation of reservoir depletion strategies by coordinating the activities of the Development, Subsurface and Production organizations.

| Requirements |
- Minimum of 15-20 years relevant experience with proven track record in reservoir characterization, producing field management and gas sales management.
- Minimum of 10 years experience in reserves evaluation, simulation modeling and development engineering in carbonate and clastic reservoir facies.
- Major experience with practical application of reservoir and petroleum engineering principles to optimize reserves, production, availability, deliverability and commercial benefits under various reservoir production strategies in gas reservoirs.
- Experience with Production Sharing Contracts and interaction with National Oil Companies.
- Computing skills: Microsoft Office, Access. MS Project or similar
- Self motivator and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Proven team building and supervision skills.
- Proven leadership, negotiating, organization, communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluent in English-written and spoken

- Degree/Masters in Petroleum Engineering or Similar engineering discipline.
