| Work Scope |
- Work efficiently and effectively in multidisciplinary teams in all aspects of the field development and drilling.
- Integrates all subsurface data including, formation tops,fault cut, sequence stratigraphic framework and reservoir rock propertiesin developing 3D geological models that can be used for identifying development opportunities.
- Extends geophysical interpretation methods that have been calibrated against existing developed field data into adjacent areas with development potential.
- Reconciliation of structure,reservoir properties and production data through collaboration with team geologist,team reservoir engineer and selected technical specialist.
- Applies depth conversion to time interpretations through understanding and application of velocity models as determined from VSP data and geologic data.
- Jointly gathers, transfer and organizes seismic data and interpreted information onto database system.
- Recommendation and design of seismic acquisition and processing programs based on data value to decisions, strategy, data quality, and development potential.
- Able to mentor, transfer technology and experience to Malaysian workforce.

| Requirements |
- A minimum of 10 years experience, most of which should have been with a major E&P company.
- Applied geophysical experience in working with cross-functional teams on reservoir and field development activities associated with stacked oil & gas pays.
- Knowledge of seismic data acquisition and processing methods in both onshore and offshore settings along with their impact on data interpretation accuracy and validity.
- Well developed workstation skills in 3D seismic interpretation (onshore and offshore)
- Understanding of geologic fundamentals and proven collaborative experience.
- Experience with modeling software to understand expected seismic responses.

- Relevant degree with a preference for post graduate qualifications.
