| Work Scope |
- Responsible for monitoring the quality of all projects involving modifications or repairs to existing facilities by Contractors and for ensuring that adequate requirements for QA/QC are included in the scope of services to be provided.
- Responsible for developing and implementing all QA/QC procedures for the facilities which includes NDE, the interpretation of data from inspection programs for static equipment, vessels, and process piping and failure analysis.
- Responsible for monitoring quality of all projects involving modifications or repairs to existing facilities by Contractors to ensure compliance with QA/QC requirements.
- Responsible as the focal person for New Development Projects related QA/QC activities which includes:
- • Development of Project Quality Plan for all project tailored to each project quality objective.
- • Review of fabrication Contractor’s project documentation including QA/QC Organization Chart, ITP and Quality Procedures
- • Plan and organize Projects quality audit for all project phases from design until installation, hook-up and commissioning to ensure contractor compliance to Company approved procedures and specifications
- • Manage fabrication QA/QC related issues such as material compliance, welding compliance, Corrosion Resistance Alloy fabrication advisory (i.e. duplex and stainless steel material & fabrication)
- Responsible to assess time to time the adequacy of inspection personnel engaged from both sides in executing ODD fabrication projects including hook-up & commissioning phases.
- Responsible to participate in Company’s Source Inspection activities on the review of manufacturer/vendor QAQC Plan, ITP and other QC related procedures.
- Responsible for tracking all audit issues and findings through resolution for the Technical Support Group.
Responsible for review of final QA/QC documentation of contractors and vendors to ensure compliance to Company approved procedures.
- Responsible for the execution of relevant MOC’s.
- Directly involved during interface meeting with Phase 2 Development.

| Requirements |
- 12 years’ relevant experience in oil & gas industry.
- Strong leadership skills. Capable of interacting effectively with other discipline engineers, with other departments such as Projects and Operations, suppliers/vendors and with construction contractor(s).
- Knowledge in ISO 9001 Quality Management Systems - Requirements
- Knowledge in ASTM/ASME/API Codes on materials & manufacturing, Welding Codes (AWS, API, ASME IX) and Construction Codes (ASME VIII, ASME/ANSI B31.3, API RP 2A, etc.)
- Good communication skills and good command of English.
- Able to coordinate and work independently as well as with little supervision.
- Highly motivated, disciplined, result-oriented and excellent team player and leader.
