Our client is a highly successful International Consultant/Contractor company. Also one of the world's leaders in EPC and EPIC contracts. They are currently undertaking a number of projects in Singapore and in the downstream of oil & gas industry.

| Work Scope |
- Finalising Mechanical Completion status documents for each sub-system allocated.
- Finalising sub-system Cold Commissioning Manuals in accordance with Project commissioning requirements.
- The writing and issue of any Job Safety Analysis procedures required for commissioning activities.
- Participation in pre-hydrotest and mechanical completion punchlisting with construction field personnel.
- Act as focal point with construction disciplines for agreed completion status issues.
- Carry out vessel and column inspections against engineering specifications and participate in column internal installation check-out.
- Carry out plant check against PEFS, engineering documents and data.
- Accept systems from construction against the agreed completion status.
- Direct supervision of Contractors trade and labour in the execution of cold commissioning procedures in accordance with the system cold commissioning manuals.
- With the discipline engineers and associated vendors, carry out functional tests of plant equipment and systems.
- Supervise special operations such as catalyst loading, chemical cleaning and steam blowing with specialist contractors (if any)
- Maintaining Project and Commissioning HSE standards within the allocated system work areas including all necessary tool box talks with Contractors personnel assigned to the commissioning team.
- Comply with all Permit to Work procedures.
- Maintain commissioning spade lists in accordance with procedures.
- Complete all associated commissioning documentation and checksheets.
- Provide sub-system commissioning input and progress to the Commissioning Planner as required.
- Provide all necessary input to turnover management system.
- Prepare Permit to Work Applications.
- Support EGS Operations personnel involved in cold commissioning work.
- Complete reinstatement and prepare systems and documentation for final handover to Company at RFSU.
