• Custodian of Custodian of the client's Contingency Policies & Procedures. Reviewing of Policies & Procedures on periodical basis. Provide assurance services to ensure compliance by OPUs.
• Monitor Emergency programmes, review of OPU's ER programmes, assess OPUs ER readiness and suggest recommendations for improvement.
• Identify potential risk through research and benchmarking. Develop the client's Contingency Plan.
• Expert sourcing during Tier-3 Crisis. In charge of the logistics and administration of the client's Control Centre. Being the focal person for Contingency Planning for the group. Review of the crisis management after actual crisis. Keep database of the findings.
• Study the gap exist on ERT/EMT competency. Resource for training materials/programs for ERT/EMT. Plan and program the training sessions to ensure that the gaps identified are closed.
• Assess the effectiveness of the trainings done.
• Research on HSE Global Happenings/Advice (travel/pandemic/precautionary). Liaison with external parties (CRM).
• Provide leadership and forward focus on best practices and tools for adoption by the the client's Crisis Management.

• At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Applicants should be Malaysian citizens or hold relevant residence status.
• Preferably Managers.

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree or Professional Degree in Engineering (Environmental/Health/Safety), Science & Technology or equivalent.
