| Work Scope |
- Demonstrate commitment to IMS and the processes of continuous improvement.
- To take information from Project Managers, Product Group Engineers and Project Engineers and assimilate into a suitable form for networking. Maintain S.A.P system (Lead times, Project Sales order dates etc). Advise on needs to meet customer completion dates and assessing the effect of interfacing between the work packages.
- Analyse project schedules and company deliveries to ensure customer on time delivery.
- Review & advise delivery dates for new & current orders thought interfacing with relevant groups.
- Forecast material requirements from Sales Forecast Data Sheet.
- To update computer database systems as required reflecting the latest situation of status for use in both product/project reports and management reports.
- To review / verify Variation Order Requests through network schedule
- To condense the network activities as required into a summary bar chart to enable management to assess the overall status and provide the facility for assessing the effect of any changes to the schedule.
- Interface with ALL departments regarding Product Group Planning and the required deliverables.
- Notification to ALL departments on priorities.
- Organisation of project reporting procedures, and project control liaison with clients.
- Develop and enhance current process and reporting procedures.
- Assist with MRP and process/method development
- Complied to HSE requirements

| Requirements |
- 3 years experience in a relevant industry position, including knowledge of subsea and topside control industry from engineering conception through to offshore installation/commissioning.
- Experience of computer planning software i.e. JD Edwards & Primavera P3
|
| Qualifications |
- Minimum NVQ Level 3 or ONC qualification (or equivalents)
