| Work Scope |
- Assist the Risk Manager in evaluating the risk requirements of the tender/project and develop the risk management plan in accordance with the contract and Company Group requirements in liaison with the Project Manager.
- Establish and implement the risk management plan dedicated to the tender/project.
- Organise risk assessment activities within the tender/project organisation in all phases (Engineering, Procurement, Fabrication, Construction and Installation).
- Set up and maintain a risk register.
- Perform quantitative analysis in accordance with the Risk Management Plan; cost & schedule risk analysis.
- Monitor risk mitigation activities.
- Ensure that the Project Manager and the Client are kept informed and aware of the risks and opportunities relating to the tender/project.
- Monitor and report risk related activities to ensure correct and effective implementation of the risk management plan throughout the tender/project.
- Liaise with the client on project risk matters and represent the risk department at project risk meetings as required.
- Maintain records of project risk deliverables.
- Organise regular debriefing sessions on risk assessment and highlight difficulties or opportunities in the tender/project.
- Participate in project risk tools, procedures, development and attend monthly department risk meetings as required.

| Requirements |
- Minimum 2 years experience as either Risk Engineer, Estimator, Planning Engineer or position in contracts administration / engineering.
- IT savvy and proficient with Word, Excel, MS Project, Powerpoint. Experience in Crystal Ball & Pertmaster preferred although training will be provided.
- Good written and oral communication skills
