• Preparation and coordination of commercial/ contractual responses to Client following receipt of Invitation to Tender/Request for Quotation including preparation of all subcontract ITT documentation.
• Coordination by obtaining appropriate Management approval of Tender Proposal Pricing.
• Coordination of post-tender submission responses to clarifications raised by Client, including attending clarification meetings as required.
• Frequent contact with clients in respect to tenders/budgets to ensure clients' satisfaction with respect to tender responses is assured.
• Frequent contact with suppliers, subcontractors, competitors, clients with respect to up and coming prospects to ensure that company's business plan is as accurate as possible.
• Supply of information on past submissions for tenders, budgets.
• Identification of procedural changes/ improvements required to ensure internal procedures are updated regularly to reflect continual improvement/best practices.

• Experience as an Estimator in the offshore oil and gas industry would be beneficial
• (Essential) Previous experience in the offshore oil and gas industry with particular emphasis on development projects / EPC is preferred or ideally the Gas compression industry.
• Experience in the preparation of tenders and tender cost estimates.
• Advanced understanding of Microsoft Excel spreadsheet package Excellent communication skills Financial/Accounting skills Understanding of scheduling programmes such as Microsoft Project and Primavera.
• knowledge of offshore and onshore oil and gas industry, with particular emphasis placed on contractual/ commercial knowledge and working knowledge of Oil and Gas standards/regulations/ procedures.
• Dynamic, proactive individual who can work on their own initiative with a minimum direction.
• Experience in the preparation of tenders and tender cost estimates is essential.

• Commercial/business qualification to degree/ diploma level or a background in Project Engineering Management in offshore oil and gas industries.
