• Review drawings to mitigate contractibility issues before approval for construction.
• Prepare Work Packs, Labour and cost estimates, material take off and work procedures for modifications and retrofit jobs that will be performed by Contractors.
• Prepare Base Business Risk Assessment for high risk work to ensure safe execution of work.
• Liase with Maintenance Planning Specialist, Static Equipment Engineer, QA/QC Specialist, Rotating Equipment Engineer, Process Engineer, Production Planner/Scheduler, Operations Manager and Technical Support Manager during planning and contracting stages of each project.
• Active interaction with Contractors at onshore and offshore facilities during project implementation to ensure that work is performed safely, timely and in accordance to CTOC requirement.
• Responsible for coordination of all 3rd party contracts for maintenance.

• At least with 5 to 8 years of experience in Oil and Gas industry with at least 5 years experience in similar capacity.
• Capable of interacting effectively with other discipline engineers, contractors and with other departments such as Projects and Operations.
• Good communication skills and good command of English.
• Able to coordinate and work independently as well as with little supervision.
• Highly motivated, disciplined, result-oriented and excellent team player.

• Preferably with Engineering Degree.
