| Work Scope |
- Oversee and monitor the overall cash performance to ensure sufficient and efficient usage of funds obtained from Shareholders to meet company obligations
- Responsible for the preparation to ensure compliance, timely and accurate submission to Tax Authority
- To optimize cash call utilization and ensure sufficient availability of funds to meet Company’s obligations, particularly in invoice payment
- To ensure payment is approved in line with policy and procedure
- Liaise with banker to arrange trade facilities such as bank guarantee and other treasury matters
- Responsible for the review the journal entries related to treasury function
- Review and ensure timely submission of Quarterly Survey report to Bank Negara
- Responsible for insurance policy renewal
- Responsible for account receivable processing
- Preparation of monthly Bank Reconciliation Statement to ensure all cash transaction are accounted
- Handle audit queries pertaining to treasury matters
- Contribute ideas for efficiency and internal control improvements in areas within his/her responsibilities

| Requirements |
- Experience from a recognized public accounting firm is preferred.
- At least 5 years working experience in Taxation (tax compliance and corporate income tax), preferably in Oil and Gas Industry
- Experienced in handling computerised Accounting System e.g. SUN, SAP, OGSYS is an added advantage
- Computer literate with knowledge of Microsoft Office e.g. excel spreadsheet, word processing, power point, presentation/chart application
- Good analytical and communication skills and able to work with minimum supervision
- Ability to work under pressure and meeting deadlines
- Great desire to learn and is always seeking self enhancement

| Qualifications |
- Bachelor Decree in Accountancy or Professional Accounting qualification e.g. ACCA, CPA or CIMA. Professional Taxation qualification e.g. CTIM is an added advantage
