• Prepare/modify/check/verify/approve all process engineering deliverables such as design basis, Process Simulation Report, Heat & Mass Balance report, Utility balance report, facilities equipment layout, equipment list, basic material selection report, safety & escape route layout, multiphase line sizing, Process equipment sizing, hydraulics calculation, control valve CV calculation and sizing, safety valve sizing, equipment data sheet, specification, PFD, P&ID, SAFE chart, HAZOP report, relief, blow down and depressurization calculation report and operating Manual.
• Interact closely with Instrument engineer for their preparation of Cause & Effect matrix and control loop diagram to cater the requirement of process control, different level of shutdown including ESD and F&G.
• Effectively participate and contribute in HAZID and HAZOP to lead the session. Prepare report as applicable including the resolution of all points raised in the HAZOP report.
• Coordinate with other disciplines to get and provide input for the preparation of deliverables.
• Coordinate with vendors and contractors.
• Carry out offshore site visit and prepare As Building documents.
• Purchasing equipment and materials, vendor’s tender evaluation, recommendation etc.
• Preparing testing procedures carry out FAT and SAT tests.
• Provide design expert assistance to Commissioning team for the various process and utility system.
• Provides technical direction and on-the-job training to Drafters, Designers, and less experienced Engineers.

• Shall have +/- 8 years experience in oil and gas industries especially for offshore production and processing facilities including onshore terminal facilities.
• Conversant with all API, ANSI, BS, IS and other international standards as applicable for the preparation of Process deliverables.
• Knowledge in system design such as Gas compression, gas dehydration, gas sweetening, water injection, lift gas, multi phase flowmeter, produced water handling, slug suppression system, etc.
• Conversant in preparing the all Process engineering deliverables required for basic (conceptual and FEED) and detailed engineering projects.
• Knowledge in operating HYSIS, FLARE NET software and other process engineering related software is required.
• Must have completed at least two to three projects in full cycle for green field and/or brown field projects.
• PE license holder or Professional accreditation from recognized university together with offshore visit fitness/safety certificate shall have an added advantage.

• Bachelor or Master Degree in Chemical Engineering from recognized university.
