Our client is a joint operating company. They are responsible to conduct petroleum operations on behalf of the Production Sharing Contractors in offshore East Malaysia. In fulfilling the role and responsibility of the operator, they aspires to be a high performing joint operating company and currently they are searching for talent to join their workforce..

• Initially develop offshore commissioning scope and assist in building the bid package.
• Participate in the technical evaluation
• Develop procedures and plans with the contractor for the efficient offshore start up of the Integrated platform.
• Proactively engage at the Fabrication site to
• Monitor MC and PC before sail away
• Develop carryover plans
• Punch the systems and initiate full contract responsibility for the offshore scope.

• Must have experience of resource loaded, activity based plan.
• Minimum of 15 years experience, with at least 8 years in the oil and gas industry
• Proven experience planning and executing at least one full commissioning job within last 5 years
• Proven experience directly managing contract of more than 30m USD in size Offshore commissioning experience In South East Asia is mandatory

• Bachelor degree in Engineering
