• Develop and explore new business opportunities.
• Experience in Technical recruitment in Exploration & Production stage in the Oil & Gas industry
• Service and nurture relationships with new and existing Clients.
• Understand and analyse Clients’ requirements for job-matching.
• Recruit, select and interview suitable candidates for Clients.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in human resource or recruitment function
• A team player with pleasant disposition, good interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.
• Analytical, mature, motivated and result oriented.
