| Work Scope |
- To be assigned as Company Site Representative for onshore fabrication of Substructures and Topsides contracts for Gas Development Project, reporting to Construction Manager.
- Responsible for the administration of the fabrication in accordance with the provisions of the fabrication contracts. Monitor Contractors’’ performance with respect to contractual obligation for conformance to the contract’s scope of work, schedule, specifications and drawings, quality and HSE. Review and verify contractors’ progress and variation claims.
- Lead construction teams and comprising Discipline Engineer and Inspectors for the site management, supervision and coordination of the fabrication work.
- Liaise and interface with the various groups in Gas on matters related to engineering, procurement, installation, hook-up and commissioning etc.
- Assist in preparing ITB fabrication scope of work.

| Requirements |
- Minimum of 15 years relevant experience in Oil and Gas.
- Experience with construction with National Oil Companies.
- Self motivator and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Proven team building and supervision skills.
- Proven leadership, negotiating, organization, communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluent in English written and spoken.
