| Work Scope |
- Prepare company general specifications for packages and supplier documents for use by FEED contractors as company specifications.
- Prepare mechanical specifications
- Co-ordinate input from other disciplines including process and structural into package & mechanical specification and design
- Make code checks discipline design standards ( PV codes ASME VIII and API Standards)
- Preparation of preliminary requisition packages for major mechanical equipment
- Preparation of specifications for flexible pipelines and riser options
- Coordinate with the other discipline engineers to ensure the smooth completion of pre-FEED scope documents.

| Requirements |
- Professional Engineer qualified by body recognized in Malaysia.
- 10 years design of mechanical equipment for offshore use
- 5 years senior engineer in design Contractor during FEED and detailed design.
- Detailed (specialist) knowledge of sub discipline (either machinery – compressors /large pumps or offshore pressure vessels).
- Familiar with international design codes ASME and API.
- Familiar with at least one major international oil company standards set
- Work on floating production conversion
- Competent to manage input from other disciplines
- Regional Experience in South East Asia
