| Work Scope |
- Provide specific input, strategy, management and delivery on the operation, maintenance and integrity assurance program for FPSO Project.
- Assure the sustainable highest levels of HSE, production and integrity performance in compliance with company policies.
- Ensure the regulatory interfaces and approvals are seamlessly obtained prior to operation start-up.
- Review scopes of work being developed by various engineering disciplines and provide operational advice and input on the project documents and drawings to ensure Operations and Maintenance requirements on cargo, ballast, inert gas, offloading and other FPSO marine systems are met.
- Provide leadership and guidelines to the project team on FPSO marine operational matters in compliance to the applicable class.
- Provide job scope, training and competency development plans for FPSO operation personnel that include marines, bosun, oiler / greaser and pump man.
- Supervise the operation team during the development of marine permit to work, operation guidelines, maintenance procedures and production start-up.
- Steer the maintenance system (CMMS) and asset integrity (CIMS) development prior to FPSO start-up.
- Lead the operation team activities at the fabrication yard to ensure that all resources are effectively utilized and deliverables are timely produced.
- Ensure that all relevant marine operation related activities during project are executed within the allocated budget and resources.

| Requirements |
- Minimum 10 years experience in FPSO Offshore Production Operations and Maintenance or similar.
- Demonstrable knowledge of offshore oil and gas technical, regulatory and operations and maintenance requirements.
- Conversant with risk identification and mitigation methods including HAZID and HAZOP.
- Excellent communication skills – written and oral
- Good planning and organizational skills

- Hold at least a BSc in Engineering or Marine or related discipline.
