Our client are one of the leading oil and gas companies in the world. They engages in all aspects of the petroleum industry, including Upstream operations and Downstream operations.
They will carry out exploration activities including seismic data acquisition, and the drilling of high-pressure/high-temperature (HT/HP) exploration wells, over the next 6 years.

| Work Scope |
- Report to Operations Manager and HSE Manager
- At all times, the job-holder will:
- Demonstrate personal commitment to the HSE Group Policy.
- Maintain awareness of and ensure compliance with all relevant
- Statutory and Company HSE standards.
- Actively participate in Company safety awareness and initiative schemes.
- In undertaking this role, The job holder will:

- Provide technical assistance, as requested by Operations and HSE.
- This includes but is not limited to:
- Operation & HSE Div Mgt:
- Technical & secretarial assistance.
- Handling of agenda and calls.
- Assist in preparation of meetings and presentations
- Follow-up of activity KPI’, activity planning and reporting.
- Provide administration duties for mission & holiday schedules, travel orders, expense claim, timesheets, POB.
- Arranging and coordinating business company events
- Carry out individual tasks requested by the Operations Manager and HSE Manager which are in nature of the job description or result out of necessity of the business
- Undertake any others duties as assigned by the Operations Manager and HSE Manager..
- Contracts & Procurement:
- Follow up of bidding process (planning and correspondences) with a committing / communication skill dimensions.
- Implement and maintain the C&P document filing system with decision & process traceability (accessible to internal and external audits)
- Procurement of small local items & services (stationeries…).
- Specific commercial or economical comparisons.
- Take care of the documentation follow-up (copies & deliveries)
Logistics act as the central point for:
- Helicopter booking.
- Stock Management (interface Logistic & Procurement).
- Drilling & wells:
- Prepare and dispatch of the “automatic” daily reporting to HQ and Partners.
- Put in form decision charts / flows and instructions, on the basis of defined procedures.
- Surveys of activities for benchmark purpose.
- Specific technical comparisons.
- HSE:
- Follow-up of all submission of reports to PETRONAS
- Preparation of reporting to PETRONAS and Head Office.
- Technical and administrative support to Operations Division
- Implementation of a comprehensive filing system across the Division (and accessible to internal and external audits).

| Requirements |
- Minimum 2 - 3 years of working experience ideally in the Oil & Gas industry
- Fluent in Bahasa Malaysia and English
