• To lead the Oil & Gas Business Unit of the Energy & Utilities
• Division in delivering the agreed key performance indicators for the business unit.
• Set sustainable growth direction, strategies and plans for overall Oil & Gas business unit.
• Deliver the financial results as per Master Plan.
• Execute robust organisational strategies, business processes and people infrastructures to pursue, support and deliver the desired business goals and result.
• Turnaround the O&G Business and achieve economic profit in the immediate term , including implementing options for potential profitable Joint Ventures.
• Ensure the efficient and effective planning and execution of business development for O&G projects, including the effective execution of procurement functions.
• Ensure the efficient and effective execution and delivery of O&G projects that meets and exceeds client’s satisfaction.
• Champion operational excellent and the culture of quality – health – safety – security – environment (QHSSE).
• Ensure the full compliance of Corporate Governance fundamentals in line with Group’s guidelines.
• Accountable for developing and delivering 2 capable potential successors for the business unit.
• Strategic planning and decision making to manage, operate and navigate the business to deliver the desired business results
• Strategic planning, business development and negotiation to execute business partnership to deliver sustainable business growth.
• Financial planning, analysis and modelling to ensure positive value driven and risk mitigated financial decisions.
• Principled based decision making growth and develop critical successors and talents.
• Liaising with Client & Business Partners
• Liaising with internal staff especially direct reports
• Liaising with Division and Group leaders

• 18 – 20 years experience in the portfolio management, strategies planning and project management.
• Leadership roles in Multinational Oil & Gas Corporation.
• Leadership role in EPCIC projects both locally and internationally, preferably with experiences in upstream.
• Business leader with proven Profit & Loss Accountabilities preferably in a listed outfit.
• Proven execution and people development leadership skills.
• Strong demonstration of the Group’s Core Values (respect & responsibility: excellent; entrepreneurship and integrity) with high uncompromising Integrity.

• Degree in any Engineering discipline.
• Professional Certification in Project Management is an advantage.
