| Work Scope |
- Operations. Responsible for Petroleum Engineering operations during LMBV drilling programs in 2011-12. Set petrophysical evaluation requirements in cooperation with exploration and drilling teams. Quick-look petrophysical evaluations. Design test plans (wireline and DST) and evaluate results. Provide RE input parameters for pre-drill and post-drill volumetric assessments.
- Studies. Participate in new field studies.Review of existing well data and working with seismic interpreter and development geologist to build static models to determine ranges of OIIP (using PETREL). Build dynamic models for sensitivity analysis and full-field dynamic models if required (ECLIPSE) for recoverable volume ranges. Work with well engineering and development team to determine optimum drainage pattern and well types as input to Development Plan.
- New Business. Scout and evaluate development opportunities from RE perspective (State company tenders, farm-in, etc.). Attend data rooms and produce ranges of recoverable volumes from available data as input to economic evaluation.
- Regional responsibility. Similar responsibilities for operations are envisaged for Indonesian operated drilling program in 2012. Contribute to custodianship of non-operated ventures (Singa).

| Requirements |
- Experienced in well test design and evaluation (wireline, DST and full production tests). Experienced in planning and evaluating PVT sampling programs.
- Hands-on experience and current capability in building and running static and dynamic reservoir models using common industry software (PETREL/ECLIPSE).
- Experience in Quick-Look petrophysical evaluation and evaluation of petrophysical inputs to reservoir models (including SCAL).
- Has provided RE input to new venture asset analysis, where data are limited.
- Cooperative team-worker, able to play a key interface role with Operations (drilling) and Exploration teams. Creative and can-do attitude, able to work effectively and to a high professional standard with limited technical guidance as initially the sole PE in LMBV.

| Qualifications |
- Minimum 10 years experience of Petroleum Engineering, with major focus as Reservoir Engineer.
