Our client is undertaking the development of multiple gas fields located in a seismically active area off the coast of East Java.

The objective of this project is to deliver substantial amount of gas through the dedicated gas pipeline to the customer onshore of East Java.

The development will consist of multiple subsea wells producing into a gas gathering pipeline system and is delivered to a floating production unit, providing into a gas separation, compression and dehydration facalities, The development will be executed in two phases.

Development of field 1 will include of multiple production trees, manifold, flowline, control umbilicals, infiled riser base, flexible risers, FPU, mooring systems, export riser, export riser base, export pipeline and hot-tap tie-in to dedicated gas pipeline together with a FPU that will be supplied, towed to location, moored nad hooked up.

Development of other fields, This will incude multiple production trees, manifolds, flowlines and umbilicals.

• Ensures the Procedure & Execution Plan to align with government regulation, company policies, standard practices & QSHE principles
• Supervises contractor’s implementation of design / engineering ,procurement, construction & installation work to fulfill all requirements specified in the Contract
• Coordinates with Subsea Control Team Leader for the interfaces between EPCI contractor’s scope of work and supplier’s control product
• Coordinates with FPU Section for the interfaces between EPCI contractor’s scope of work and FPU contractor’s scope of work
• Attends essential FATs and SITs
• Considers any possible Value Engineering / Value Analysis to enhance any process (optimize result & minimize cost/risk) to bring a more efficient & effective O&M (Operation & Maintenance) down the line
• Justifies any possible additional / changed work scope and involves Project Control Section to see the possibility to leverage / concede with the existing scope to avoid or minimize additional contract cost
• Does his best to achieve the project target completion date set by the company management
• Communicates and coordinates with related parties all project aspects through effective reporting system which especially should cover project problems / exceptions & corrective actions / solutions
• Consults and always gets VP TSB’ s prior approval for any scope / specification change, process deviation, inter-department interface which is strategy / policy / money-related or any gray area issues

• Accountable for the supervision of contractor’s implementation in terms of design / engineering, procurement, construction & installation work to fulfill all requirements specified in the Contract , and also the coordination / good interfacing with Subsea Control Team as well as FPU Section to comply with government regulations; company policies, standard industry practices to meet / surpass stakeholders’ expectation in terms of budget and first gas target date
