Our client is a joint operating company. They are responsible to conduct petroleum operations on behalf of the Production Sharing Contractors in offshore East Malaysia. In fulfilling the role and responsibility of the operator, they aspires to be a high performing joint operating company and currently they are searching for talent to join their workforce..

• Plan, organize and execute of all activities leading to the establishment of the company’s integrated operations. This position will serve as the primary liaison with all the company’s departments who will utilize this office and with the various contractors/ suppliers who will be engaged in the establishment of the office. This role shall also include coordination of all the company’s staff who is assigned to either full time or part time roles in supporting office establishment and transition activities.

• Minimum 15 years in commercial property development and commercial property management activities including the development of lease agreements
• Proven experience in the execution of similar fit out and office transition projects
• Strong knowledge of relevant local property laws and regulations
• Familiar with design and fit out contractors, Malaysian office furniture manufactures and suppliers

• Bachelor Degree in any discipline
