Our client is a joint operating company. They are responsible to conduct petroleum operations on behalf of the Production Sharing Contractors in offshore East Malaysia. In fulfilling the role and responsibility of the operator, they aspires to be a high performing joint operating company and currently they are searching for talent to join their workforce..

• Initially as part of the company’s team support the detailed design, construction, hookup and commissioning of the platform. During the project phase, the candidate will develop maintenance procedures, review detailed design drawings from maintainability aspect, receipt and preservation of spare parts and special tools. During the operations phase, the incumbent will lead a team of technicians and contract staff to safely execute the maintenance of all equipment.

• Minimum of 10 years experience in maintenance supervisor on oil and gas installation with project experience an added advantage
• Strong understanding on preventive and corrective maintenance concepts and repair procedures
• Strong leadership and people management skills
• Must possess basic analytical and problem solving skills
• Must be capable of working in a multi-cultural work environment with a demonstrable ability to communicate effectively

• Engineering diploma or equivalent qualifications
