Our client, a consortium of National & Int’l Oil Companies is looking for talent (30 positions) to join their organization for the Development of Deepwater Offshore fields in Malaysia. They are currently looking for an experienced Project HSE Manager to join their organisation.

• Provide HSE governance and support to company's project management team throughout all phases of the project.
• Lead the project team to ensure that proper HSE strategies, systems, policies, standards and tools are in place and functioning throughout the project including the implementation of Behaviour Based HSE program and Contractor HSE Management standards.
• Drive the project team leads to set HSE performance expectations, monitor project HSE performance and address improvement opportunities including contractors' continuous improvement programs.

• Min 15 years project experience in HSE role with exposure in technical/process safety and execution/operations HSE.
• Experienced in facilities design and execution including drilling and production operations.
• Knowledge in relevant engineering and construction codes, standards safety practices.

• Bachelor in Engineering or equivalent.
