Our client, a consortium of National & Int’l Oil Companies is looking for talent (30 positions) to join their organization for the Development of Deepwater Offshore fields in Malaysia. They are currently looking for an experienced Mechanical Mentor (Operations) to join their organisation.

• Provide leadership and guidance to the company's mechanical maintenance function in order to develop effective maintenance teams, systems and procedures for all mechanical equipment on the platform.

• Min 15 years working experience in the O&G industry with 10 years offshore and 5 years as a Mechanical supervisor, mentor or line trainer.
• Qualified verifier of assessor for Mechanical technician capability development programs.
• Possessed skill and knowledge on the functionalities of mechanical equipment related to an offshore O&G platform, understanding of maintenance planning and execution work flow.
• Experienced in using SAP PM Module is an advantage.

• Bachelor in Mechanical Engineering.
