Our Client is a MNC which operates at the forefront of the O&G industry.

They are involved in the exploration and production of oil and gas and are currently looking for Work –barge / Workboat Company Site Representative (CSR) to join their team.

• Ensure HSSE compliance, which include driving Company’s safety rules and pilocies, exercising and promoting the use of accident control technique, implementing accident investigation procedures and so on.
• Responsible to ensure all backloads are despatched from offshore with clear instruction; Cost-plus items, surplus project materials and scrap materials are destined clearly and separated.
• Responsible to return cost-plus items procured for the specific projects.
• Responsible to ensure the offshore waste management is in line with the Company and Authority requirements.
• Responsible to ensure nobody get hurt on the job and the promote HSSE culture in the Contractor. Must show leadership in compliance to Policies and Rules
• Responsible to monitor the performance of the Contractor and reduce the non-productive index
• Responsible as main driver in offshore hook-up & maintenance activities and ensuring that they are executed in the most cost effective manner and in compliance with company policy and contractual specifications, procedures and required quality of workmanship.
• Representative in liaising with the Contractor Representative and the Asset Representative as well as the Project Representative.
• The overall in-charge in the Construction activities and Marine Operations on the Work-barge / Workboat to ensure the safety of the People On Board and the Asset being worked on.
• As the Deputy Site Emergency Controller (DSEC) to assist the Site Emergency Controller (SEC), normally the OIM in any emergency on location
• Offshore CSR shall be assigned to look after a work-barge or a site team and shall report to the Construction Engineer (Operation) who is looking after the work-barge or workboat. Offshore CSR assigned to site team shall report to the assigned Construction Engineer (Project)
• To review and owned work-packs that are assigned to them foe implementation.
• Ensure HSE compliance during offshore implementation and managing the contract.
• Coordinate with OIM on matters of work management at company assets and communication with the Contractor’s nominated representative on site on work executions.
• Manage company support teams at site with regards to issues relating to marine, inspection, telecoms, technical and materials/logistic issue and resolving them wherever possible.
• Monitor work progress, activity & resource planning and assess consequence of charge or delay on the overall progress, activity & resource planning and assess consequence of charge or delay on the overall progress of the work.
• Responsible to give feedback to onshore operation and project engineers
• As a focal point at site in managing the performance monitoring of the contract
• Respond to any emergencies that may occur during offshore operation in accordance with the established procedures.
• Provide proper feedback on problem/lesson learnt at work sites to relevant parties.

• Must have a minimum of 15 years of working experience in oil and gas industries, inclusive if 7 years in construction management and 3 years experience in Offshore HUC Works in work-barge or workboat
• Must have proven track record on Job Hazard Analysis (or equivalent) and Risk Assessment.
• Shall have Supervisory experience in works with major oil company
• Good site management skills in communication and delegation.
