Our Client is a MNC which operates at the forefront of the O&G industry.
They are involved in the exploration and production of oil and gas and are currently looking for a CONSTRUCTION SUPERVISOR cum CSR to join their team.

| Work Scope |
- Responsible for the smooth execution of the fabrication, installation and hook-up/commissioning on an onshore worksite. His specific tasks include, but not limited to:
- Responsible to manage, champion and drive HSSE for installation activities involving Company and contractor teams in compliance with Company’s policies and standards and meeting Company’s aspirations.
- Responsible to prepare HSSE document as require, prior to execution of work/activities in the Plant Monitoring and coordinating the progress of work with the construction Contractor and Vendors
- Responsible to arrange and chair any progress or technical meeting with Contractor and Vendor
- Responsible in developing plans estimates and budgets and obtain the necessary approvals
- Responsible in administering and managing the technical interface control amongst the Construction Contractors, Vendors, local maintenance team and Operation
- Responsible to drive and manage the preparatory works and execution of the construction activities, including work-packing, onshore fabrication, removal, installation, blasting and painting, hoom up and commissioning , in accordance with the implementation strategy and plans.
- Responsible to liaise with the Plant Operation and Local Maintenance team for any interfaces require for the successful implementation of the projects.
- Responsible for reporting the project progress, issues to the relevant Project Engineer. Local Maintenance Team and Plant Manager.
- Ensuring that Onshore Operations and Maintenance personel are fully involved in the planning and execution of all work
- Ensuring that effective Quality Assurance policies and procedures are implemented
- A focal point for all Maintenance’s Project, executed in the Company’s Onshore Facilities

| Requirements |
- Minimum of 10 years working experience in oil and gas industry of which 5 years must be in project Site supervision in execution environments
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia language skills
- Good communication (writing and verbal) and documentation skills and good interpersonal skills
- Competent computer skills in Microsoft Office products including Word, Excel and Power Point;
- Worls well in team environment, diligent and pro-active
- Knowledge of HSSE
