| Brief Company Introduction |
Our client provides offshore construction, engineering and support services including pipeline construction, platform installation & removal, and diving services to the oil and gas industry in the Gulf of Mexico, West Africa, Asia Pacific, Middle East/India, and South America. They are looking for Project Engineer.

| Work Scope |
- Possesses thorough knowledge of contractual documentation (contract, waivers, addendums, annexes, scope changes, contractual schedule, etc.) and ensures planning and execution complies with contractual requirements;
- Creates and maintains an updated (Master Document Register) based on the scope of work, technical specifications and contractual requirements;
- Responsible for the interface with the client, engineering department, operations department and contractor companies to ensure project documentation complies with contractual requirements;
- Responsible to ensures safety, health, quality and environmental requirements are met throughout contract life;
- Responsible for providing coaching to field engineers and supervising their work;
- Responsible to provides weekly progress reports on the status of individual work packages to project manager and prepares executive procedures
- Able to works offshore or at different onshore sites when required;
- Able to works in cooperation with other department to ensure all requests for quotation accompany a fully defined scope of services or supply;
- Distributes project procedures to internal departments and ensure comments are incorporated to documents before submitting to certifying society and client;
- Communicates all changes in planning to project controls department to ensure the project schedule is always updated;
- Attends project kick off and general meetings with client;
- Coordinates HAZIDs (Hazard Identifications) for all applicable scopes of work;
- Coordinates materials and equipment procurement and mobilizations and demobilizations of subcontractor companies.
- Responsible for reviewing invoices of contractor companies and confirming service execution;
- Communicates possible changes in the scope of work to project manager (applicable to contractor companies or client);
- Coordinates project execution and planning with the operations department and vessel superintendent;
- Reviews daily project report issued by field engineers and client representative on the site and verify content is accurate and structured as required by measurement criteria.
- Prepares project logistics plan in cooperation with operations and departments
- Any other duty as may be assigned from time to time by 20 immediate superior

| Requirements |
- At least 3 - 5 years’ experience in a similar capacity in subsea oil and gas industry
- Interpersonal skills to interact and communicate with the many levels of employees and executives;
- Knowledge of offshore construction and risk analysis

- Bachelor degree in Civil/Mechanical Engineering/ Navy
