| Work Scope |
- Develops general diving safety policies and procedures for designated geographic or functional area in accordance with Association of Dive Contractors and International Marine Contractors Association
- Consults with designated geographic or functional area on the design and use of diving equipment, shops, fire prevention and safety programs.
- Inspects or tours facilities to detect existing or potential accident and health hazards. Recommends corrective or preventative actions where indicated.
- Responsible to meets with client representatives to decide on plans of action for diving projects.
- Able to participates in the investigation of accidents/injuries and cooperates in the preparation of material and evidence of Company use in hearings, lawsuits and insurance investigations.
- Able to performs other related duties and assignments as required.
- Able to meets all requirement standards established by Mineral Management Service, Occupational Safety and Health Administration, Department of Transportation, Association of Dive Contractors, and International Marine Contractors Association.
- Responsible to assists Vessel Supervisors as needed in diving HSE matters.
- Responsible to reviews employee’s performance and determines areas of opportunity for development of employee’s work skills.
- Responsible to manages budget and allocates resources in department.
- Responsible to informs all employees of the hazards associated with working around toxic fumes, dangerous chemicals and any other hazardous substance.
- Responsible to develops, supervises and coordinates training programs or media which will increase proficiency in diving safety practices and promote safety awareness.
- Responsible to monitors industry trends and may develop strategic planning to meet new trends.
- Responsible to manages personnel resources to ensure department is adequately staffed.

| Requirements |
- Minimum of 10-15 years experience in Diving and the Health, Safety or Environmental field which includes 3 years experience as a Diving Operations Supervisor.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products, particularly Excel and Word.
- Knowledge of diving tables for air, gas and saturation diving.
- Knowledge of diving policies and procedures related to air, gas and saturation diving.
- Familiar with all diving equipment.
- Ability to analyze dive logs.
- Knowledge and understanding of the Code of Federal Regulations.
Full understanding of International and US Safety Management Systems.

| Qualifications |
- Bachelor’s degree in the Health, Safety or Environmental field or related degree.
- Experience may be substituted for degree.
