We are looking for Quality Manager

Work Scope
  • Responsible to manage the Quality Assurance and Quality Control activities on a day to-day basis in compliance with established Corporate and Project policies, procedures and instructions.
  • Responsible for managing the global company business in accordance with guidelines set by the company.
  • Responsible for the implementation of company system to help achieve company’s goal of getting ISO 9001 certification in the region
  • Responsible to provide indoctrination and training on Business Management systems and procedures.
  • Responsible to prepare and monitor QA/QC budget in the region in support with Corporate QA/QC budget.
  • Able to work with Project Management Team members to develop, approve, implement and monitor quality procedures and instructions applicable to client and project requirements.
  • Implementation of a robust Quality Assurance Programme for all aspects of the project management, design, procurement ,construction, commissioning through to hand over of the facilities.
  • Responsible to arranges for suitable levels of QA/QC at all Subcontractor work locations/sites
  • Select and manage the QA/QC personnel (permanent, contract and third party), prepare and submit specified Quality (QA/QC) documentation for project prequalifications and bids, and prepare and present Quality Presentations externally and internally.
  • Development and maintenance of a project audit/review plan to measure quality system effectiveness across all phases of the work
  • Monitors the implementation of Subcontractor Quality Programmes to ensure they are effective in delivering the contract quality requirements
  • Maintain the project Corrective Action and Non-conformance registers and report on the effectiveness of the preventative measures taken.
  • Represent the Company in Client/Company meetings and Supplier Kick-off meetings and respond to any question regarding quality.
  • Assist the company for clarification and interpretation of quality requirements, specification, procedure, code and standard.
  • Liaise with and assist process owners in the continuing improvement of their practices.
Requirements
  • At least 5 years in Quality Management in accordance with ISO, holds similar capacity in oil & gas industry
  • Professional certification such as Registered lead assessor
Qualifications
  • -Bachelor Degree in Engineering
