We are looking for Contracts Manager.

| Work Scope |
- Management of all post-award contractual issues for projects in Asia-Pacific and Middle East including providing commercial and contractual advice to project teams.
- Analyzing the project contract terms and conditions to determine areas of risk; as work proceeds make recommendations on the mitigation of these risks; monitor performance and supporting remedial actions.
- Development and management of project procedures for identifying and administering contract disputes as they develop and manage the timely resolution under the changes provisions wherever possible.
- To progress continuing disputes through formal alternative dispute resolution
practices as appropriate. To co-ordinate with all parties involved and obtain legal expertise where necessary.
- To provide supervision and guidance to Contracts Administrators working on main contracts and major subcontracts in Asia-pacific and middle-east where necessary.
- Maintaining a working relationship with the Project Management Team, Engineering, Procurement/Subcontracts, Legal and Risk Management to facilitate organizational interfaces between those performing contract and subcontract administration.
- Ensuring that up to date records are kept and that correspondence, instructions, and communications are administered in accordance with the contract terms and issued within the prescribed time limitations.

| Requirements |
- Minimum 7 years experience providing contract administration and contracts
management services with a minimum of 4 years in the marine, offshore oil & gas construction.
- Ability to identify contractual issues and risks in contractual documents.
- Good understanding of Company’s business and able to provide general commercial and contractual advice to business and operation units.
- Ability to present complex contractual issues in a readily understandable manner.
- Familiar with contractual issues regarding:
- Offshore marine construction contracts and charter parties (in particular BIMCO Supply Time) and in providing solutions to project related disputes.
- Major subcontracts including platform fabrication subcontracts.
- Suppliers or vendors contract and familiar with international trade terms.
- General commercial agreements.

- Degree in Quantity Surveying, Law or equivalent experience.
