• The personnel leads the development and execution of overall project contracts including FEED Contracts, SI, EIA, Flight Path, PESA and other materials and services contracts. The personnel implements, coordinate and develops the Overall Contracting Strategy and overall EPCC ITB Packages.
• Develop and execute project overall contracting strategy
• Execute the project technical and commercial evaluation exercises until award through negotiations, clarifications and syndications with the management
• Execute and coordinate contractors/ licensors on compliance to contractual requirements through performance reporting, monitoring of contractors terms and conditions, correspondences and provide recommendations to the project team to overcome contractual issues
• Identify, analyse and manage contract & contractor’s risk issues at all phases of the project(s) and implement system that measures, monitors and mitigate risk during project implementation to eliminate/minimize risk of non-performance by contractors.

• Minimum 20 Years experience in Oil and Gas industry with 10 years in project management including as a project manager in a major project

• Degree in Engineering
