• Must hold current ASNT Level II MT, PT & ET or demonstrate knowledge by completing Examination successfully.
• Certification of Accomplishment from IPIA for DS-1 Drill stem design & Inspection
• Must be able to work independently
• Must have attended the Lead Auditor Training Course from an accredited body.
• Must have understanding of Industry Lifting Standards (DNV 2.7.1 or BS EN12079)
• Must have experience with closing non-conformances reports (NCRs) and ensure that the corrective and preventive measures are effective before closure.
• Must be familiar with industry standards; API Spec 7, API RP 7G, API 5CT, API 5L, API 5DP, API 6A, API 16A, NACE MR0175, DS-1, Premium Connection Make-up Procedures (VAM, Tenaris, Fox…etc.)
• Must have OCTG (carbon steel & CRA), Wellhead, Liner Hanger & Completion Equipment Manufacturing Experience.
• ModuSpec Rig Inspection Course would be an asset.
• Must have basic knowledge of Welding, AWS, ASME or equivalent.
• Tap Root Incident Investigation Root Cause Analysis course would be an asset.
• Must possess excellent written and spoken English skills

• The QA/QE (including Supervisor) must be well versed with API Q1 and API Q2 and must have experience in applying these methods.
• The QA/QE (including Supervisor) must be well versed with the understanding of API connections, premium connections, and torque turn graphs, various dopes…etc.
• CONTRACTOR shall provide a resource of a QA/QE Supervisor or QA/QE, or both.
• The resources shall be either on full time basis or on and off basis for the period of the project, but subject to qualifications approved by COMPANY.
• The QA/QE personnel shall travel to location/s designated by COMPANY where Services are required.

• Engineering degree would be an asset.
• Must have at least 6 years’ experience, with Drilling & Completion Equipment.
