Our client is an international Engineering and Construction Company currently working on a project in Gebeng, Pahang. In line with their expansion they are seeking qualified and experiences Malaysians for the above role:-

• Act as our Client Authorised Safety Liaison Personnel to represent the client with the Owner and contractors working at the site.
• Develop Safety Policies together with the HSE Manager and prepare a roll out plan a Site Safe and Health Plan to be followed by all personnel involved at the premises.
• Conduct Tool Box Meetings every morning and also coordinate Periodical Site Safety Meetings to ensure all employees and subcontractors comply with safety policies and regulations.
• Plan and conduct Emergency Evacuation Training for all new employees and subcontractors prior to issuing the Site Identification Tag.
• Conduct regular and thorough site inspection to covering areas of :-
• Slip, trip and fall hazard
• Scaffolding stability
• Confined Space work location and associated hazards
• Lifting work associated hazards
• Ensure that site is secure from unauthorized personnel at all times by keeping track of the ID cards, daily inspection of the gate control procedures and inspection of the perimeter fencing/walls.
• Oversee traffic control for construction vehicles within the enclosure.

• Must be able to communication in Japanese.
• Able to articulate and influence co-workers to abide by company and industry safety practices.
• Independent and mature in making decisions within the parameters of HSE and confident in managing any disputes and crises that may emerge due to non-compliance to Site Safe policies and regulations.
• Able and willing to be stationed at project site in Gebeng, Pahang.

• Minimum certificate / diploma in any discipline preferably technical.
• Green Book Holder for Safety Officer and Yellow Book Holder for Safety Supervisor.
• With safety Supervisor skill
