Work Scope
  • 1. Establish, plan and analyze suitable training module and approach for specific topic of Operation (Gas Processing & Utilities) at Gas Processing & Utilities (GPU)
  • 2. Lead and facilitate GPU Gas Academy framework implementation align with overall Technical Capability Management aspiration for specific topic of Operation (Gas Processing & Utilities) through execution of identified capability development program for GPU staff
  • 3. Lead, review and analyze effectiveness of maintenance activities for continuous improvement, by receiving feedback, propose and execute mitigation & recovery actions through scheduling of manpower and facilities resources to ensure reliability and availability of the equipment
  • 4. Lead and prepare contracting strategy and work scope in collaboration with Supply Chain Management (SCM) which includes contractor performance contract through periodic review of scope to ensure quality, timeliness and cost effectiveness to support Company Business
  • 5. Lead, prepare and coordinate in bid preparation (ITB) on civil outsourcing work
  • 6. Lead, prepare and monitor budget requirement through forecasting workload and expected expenditure for both Capital and Operation maintenance activities to ensure overall budget and expenditure is as approved budget and planned
  • 7. Lead, develop and implement outsourcing strategy in collaboration with Supply Chain Management (SCM) department which includes contractor performance contract administration by periodic review the analysis carried out by the section to ensure availability, performance, cost optimization and effective use of resources/ contractors
  • 8. Lead, develop and review spare part requirements through regular review and audit to eliminate/avoid delay in maintenance activities to ensure availability of spare parts and stock requirements whilst preventing the culmination of non-moving stock.
  • 9. Establish and implement QA/QC procedures through continual audit and periodical review of relevant QA/QC procedures in order to improve department quality work standards
Requirements
  • A least 4 years experience in Process related to plant operations & maintenance, and/or project engineering, and/or planning in the Oil and Gas industry.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor Degree in Chemical Engineering
