Brief Company Introduction

Our Client – A top player in the Oil & Gas Industry, is looking for key candidates to join their company for the following below positions.

Work Scope
  • Focal point for any communication between Aviation COMPANY and Offshore.
  • To communicate with KL, Labuan, Offshore (Rig) and Miri crew movement.
  • To liaise with other PAC Heli base rep on day to day operation requirement.
  • Execute daily helicopter flight schedule and manage the check-in counter.
  • To create and key in Data Base for personnel details (Working Permit, BOSIET, Medical Cert) prior to operation.
  • To generate Passenger and Freight Manifest, perform passenger check-in and issuance of boarding passes.
  • Liaise and feedback with offshore locations for daily information essential for flight execution, such as, weather report, passenger and freight payload, outbound/inbound flight Estimated Time of Departure (ETD) / Estimated Time of Arrival (ETA), etc.
  • Liaise with Offshore Installations Manager (OIM) / Drilling Rig Supervisor / Labuan Supply Base (LSB) Warehouse Supervisor regarding their passenger and freight load-out requirements.
  • Respond to medevac / casevac / bodevac situations and coordinate with the concerned parties for necessary passenger check-in and generation of boarding passes and Passenger & Freight Manifest.
  • Report all unwanted events according to COMPANYs guidelines.
  • Willing to be on emergency standby.
  • Minimum 3 years of aviation clerical experience in maintaining aircraft log books, aeronautical equipment service records and associated logs.
  • Experience and knowledge working in a regulated environment. (Understanding of: Airport, Airline, Civil Aviation Safety and Aviation Security Regulations would be an advantage
  • Must be able to meet any Government / COMPANY licensing / qualification requirements for the position.
  • Able to work independently with minimum supervision.
  • Possess good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Candidate for position based in Miri must be Sarawakian.
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Demonstrate high level of interpersonal skills and integrity
  • Stakeholder Management skills - Proven ability to build strong working relationship with internal and external parties
  • Preferably possess working knowledge in SAP.
  • Diploma in Logistics/Transportation or any relevant field.
